Really pleased with our custom-made radiator cover. So much better than a ready-made one and we could have exactly the size we needed. We had been looking for something like this for a number of years and are delighted with our choice. Ken made the ordering process very easy to help us select and specify what we wanted. He provided an outline design for us to approve prior to manufacture and communication throughout was great. Delivery was by the company itself and right on schedule and very impressive given that they do deliver across the country. The radiator cover is now a feature in our entrance hall. We were delighted with the product and the service. It was a little fiddly measuring the sizes, but that's on us, and the company was very helpful in guiding us through the process. We bought three customer-sized covers for downstairs, and these are a quantum leap better in quality than the one-size fits-all covers we already had upstairs. The delivery process was excellent. They deliver themselves to ensure there are no mishaps enroute.

We ordered 4 radiator covers. The communication was excellent, the covers were delivered with great care by a lovely chap. The covers are exceptional; even better than we had hoped for. They fit beautifully, look stunning and are just perfect. We were slightly concerned that they might hinder the heat but we haven't noticed any difference in their efficiency at all. Overall, I would highly recommend these covers.

One was hard to measure given the tricky shape of the skirting board but Ken showed great patience in waiting for us to come up with the right dimensions. Had a really good experience ordering from Custom Radiator Covers. Communication is very good, and measurements are double checked. We had an awkward extra cutout needed due to pipework, and this was no problem. Delivery was good- from Custom Rad Covers themself not a 3rd party- and the delivery driver helped to unwrap and put into position. Fitted perfectly, looks great and build quality seems excellent. Great service from start to finish including delivery. Ken replies to all questions very very quickly on email which is reassuring. Above all that is the build quality... 10/10. I customised a deeper one to host a stupidly expensive flagship 65" TV so was worried it would be OK. I needn't have. Not that I would but I could probably stand on this thing and it'd be fine (110kg) let alone a 30kg TV (Inc B&W soundbar). Opted for the painting service too and you get to choose the colour from a huge array, pretty much any shade. The finish of the paint is flawless, not one mark, ripple or defect. Full credit to the builders. Each cut out is perfect from my measurements. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Thanks a lot it's made my living room next level.

Real care and attention to detail here, and I'm chuffed. I have another off-the-shelf cheap radiator cover in my son’s room and you can really tell the difference! My hall radiator was a rather awkward size, so I contacted the company to request advice on sizes etc. Ken was very helpful and guided me on how and where to measure to get a perfect fit.
